I am looking for Edmund BELOTE, said to be born in Bertie County around 1792, who was 
awarded as land grant in 1819 as a result of his service in the War of 1812. He was a Private 
in the 4th Regiment Infantry commanded by Capt. Joseph Thorne or Stone. 
If anyone has any direct information about him I would appreciate hearing from them.

I am looking for information regarding John Queen, who served in the War of 1812 with the 3rd or 
7th NC Regiment from Burke County. Also, I've searching for information on Revolutionary War 
veteran William Lewis Queen who was reported to have been a vet of the War of 1812.
